Power Kiting

Power-kiting is one of the very latest extreme sports and is fast gaining popularity among adrenalin junkies. Spend the day on the beach where you will be taught the basics of flying a power-kite - how to launch, control and land your kite. Once you've mastered the basics, it'll be time to turn on the power and go:
Scudding - allowing the kite to pull you along the beach, skiing on your feet.
Jumping - controlling the power of the kite to launch yourself into the air.
Dragging - venture into the water using the power of the kite to drag you through the surf (and above it!).
Surfing - if you have any strength left in your arms at the end of the day, you can try your hand at kite-surfing - the ultimate discipline in power-kiting.
