Established in 1989, Wildthing
Adventures is an Outdoor Adventure company that specialises in soft
adventures for all age groups (from 8 yr's and older) as well as fun,
adrenaline pumping activities.
In the past we have concentrated on the South African Market, catering to
the needs of groups of friends and families as well as the corporate market.
We have relied strongly on word of mouth advertising and have succeeded in
establishing a good name in the adventure market with the majority of our
business being return business.
Our company, as well as all our guides are registered with SARA (S.A. Rivers
Association), SATOUR and local organisations.
Our guides have Specialised Guide
certification and come from interesting nature or conservation backgrounds.
We practice a safety first approach to outdoor adventure and are proud of
our safety record. We have been in operation for over 10 years and are now
in a strong position to be of benefit to you and your customers.

Overland Safaris
WHERE?
Wildthing Adventures specialises in safaris to Namibia, Kalahari and South
Africa. Scheduled departure dates and itineraries are available on request.
Group bookings can request a customized itinerary.
WHEN?
Throughout the year. Visit the website or contact the office for details.
WHO?
Safaris are suitable for families, Corporate incentives, friends and
individuals.
DURATION?
Namibia: scheduled safaris - 14 to 16 days
Kalahari: scheduled safaris - 5 to 11 days
South Africa: scheduled safaris - 7 to 16 days
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
All transport and travel arrangements whilst on safari. All camping gear, 3
meals a day, camping and park fees. Excursions and activities as per
detailed quote and itinerary. Comprehensive checklist available and supplied
with itinerary.
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?
Airfares, visas, departure and port taxes, personal and medical insurance.
Alcoholic and soft drinks, gratuities, optional excursions and activities
and unscheduled stops.

PARTICIPATION?
We do the work and you watch the golden sunset!
ACCOMMODATION?
Established campsites and lodges will be utilized on-route. Bush camps will
be set up if required, including all camping gear and ablutions.
GROUP SIZE AND VEHICLES?
Small groups (min 2, max 4) - we travel in the luxury of air-conditioned,
custom built 4x4 vehicles.
Larger groups (min 6, max 10) - Luxury air-conditioned 4x4 overland truck,
fitted with reclining seats.
CATERING?
3 meals a day and we will cater for special dietary requirements.
AGE LIMITS
Scheduled trips are suitable for 25 to 60 years old. The age limits on
tailored safaris and private groups vary from young to old. |
